Subject: Advisory Items from August 11, 2005 Meeting

The following advisory items were identified for your consideration at the August 11, 2005 Advisory Council on Administrative Policy (ACAP) meeting.

1. The council asks you to relay a message to staff, especially supervisors, to encourage participation by ACAP members at events where ACAP is expected to be present.

2. ACAP endorses the success of the open forum held on August 3, 2005, expresses it’s appreciation to you for arranging for the forum, and asks that the forum be routinely continued. ACAP suggests that mid October would be a good time for a forum.

We appreciate your support in ACAP’s efforts to improve communications among the various groups on campus.
