As part of the NMSU identity program, new stationery will be introduced. The stationery package uses the NMSU logo in a unique design along with text set in the university typeface. This new design will appear on letterhead, envelopes, business cards, labels and note cards, among others.

Members of the university community are encouraged to use up their existing stocks of NMSU stationery. When it is necessary to order new quantities, please contact the Campus Printing and Duplicating Center in Milton Hall – the official source for all NMSU stationery. No other entities, including vendors on or off campus, have been supplied with the templates to produce the official university stationery.

The staff of Printing and Duplicating is now ready to take your order.

Note: The first phase of letterhead will be plain paper. In mid-to-late August, paper bearing the new NMSU watermark will be available.
