Sociology is the study of human relationships, it focuses on the forces that shape our daily interactions. These forces range from crime to religion, public policy to social protest, population growth to economic development, and race, gender and class divisions to shared cultural beliefs.

Anthropology is the study of humankind, a multidisciplinary endeavor involving the social sciences, the humanities, and the natural sciences. Anthropologists study the human species and the human condition in all its diversity.
