As a museum curator, Dr. Reynolds is a specialist in small museums, professional museum training, interpretation/evaluation and project management. She is responsible for the museum's collections and its exhibit's program and supervises interns and volunteers working in these areas.
As an anthropologist, Dr. Reynolds is an ethnohistorian/ethnographer. Her research interests include Southwestern arts and crafts production; historic village economies among Southwestern peoples; and the ethnohistory of peoples in the Mesilla and El Paso Valleys.
