- Requests for HSS 202, 218, 219, 220, 226, 318 and 320 are processed by the Instructional Media Production Facility using our standard form. After completing the form, a staff member will manually place it on the web-based calendar and will then send a confirmation note. This is not an automated process; the listing of your request that is shown when you "submit" your request is just that: a listing, not an actual confirmation.

- To request the use of the "Dean's Conference Room" (HSS 310J), the First Floor Memorial Tower Lounge, or the Memorial Tower Room 3rd Floor, please click to send an email to the Dean's Office.
