Listed below are other international scholarships that
NMSU students may wish to explore. Students may also want
to visit the University
Fellowships Office, 209 O'Donnell Hall, or subscribe
to their listserv which will include international awards
not administered by the Office of Study Abroad but available
to NMSU students.
Adell Hancock Fund and Nancy Petry Grants-in-Aid for
Study Abroad, are available for graduate level study abroad
to students in the Rocky Mountain Region Served by the Institute
of International Education.
The American
Institute of Foreign Study offers some scholarships
for students attending their study abroad program centers.
The American-Scandinavian
Foundation offers graduate level grants for study in
Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.
The Council
for International Educational Exchange offers Robert
B. Bailey III Minority Scholarships, International Study
Programs (ISP) Scholarships, Federal Scholarships for Study
in China & Russia, Jennifer Ritzmann Scholarship for
Study in Costa Rica.
The Association of Teachers of Japanese
offers Bridging
Scholarships for Study in Japan.
CDS-The
Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program provides scholarships
for Germany to youth ages 18-24.
DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) also offers
scholarships and grants for Germany.
