- Crackin Fresh Pecan - Visit this 908 acres pecan farm for
a look at how pecans grow. They offer gifts, recipes, fundraising
ideas and even information about growing your own pecans. Located

- Ritch's Pecans and Candy
Shop - "If we're
home, we're open!" A fabulous little shop that makes all
kinds of candy and gifts right in front of you. Usually "home"
Thursday-Sunday, 9am-5pm, Nov. 1-May1. Call so Mr. Ritch can
give you a tour! This small, but hearty pecan orchard is one
of the many interesting sites to visit in the historic old ghost

- Stahmann's
Farms - Established in 1932, Stahmann Farms
is the largest family-owned pecan farm in the world! Just to
drive through their orchards is a sweet treat (especially in
our hot, New Mexico sun). But then the treat continues when you

PEANUT PRODUCERS
- Sunland
Inc. - Tour this plant and see just how the
peanuts are processed for market. It is extremely interesting
and they give you a free bag of peanuts at the end!! Don't wear
your best clothes, though, as it's a pretty dusty business. Call

PISTACHIO PRODUCERS
- Pistachio Tree Ranch and McGinn's Country Store
- Started in 1980,
this family owned business is a very interesting place to visit.
You can take self-guided tours of the pistachio production, see
more than 11,000 trees, buy unique and southwest collectibles
from their gift shop, enjoy pistachio, ice cream treats and local
wines in their tasting room and much more. They look forward

- Eagle Ranch Pistachio Groves - Home of the award winning Heart
of the Desert Pistachios®, "this family farm
is owned and operated by George and Marianne Schweers. It contains
New Mexico's first and largest producing pistachio groves. The
first trees were planted in 1972, and new groves were, and continue
to be, added on a regular basis. Today, Eagle Ranch is home to
over 12,000 pistachio trees. The trees are cultivated, harvested,
and the crop totally processed on the premises. Eagle Ranch is
home to the only pistachio salting and roasting plant in New
Mexico. The original recipes forred chile and green chile flavored
pistachios were also developed at Eagle Ranch. The delicious,
fresh nuts are packaged and shipped, or sold at the delightful

- Robinson's Raspberries - Need to satisfy a desire for fresh
