Admission:
Approval of an admission application is required prior to registration
- Graduate students apply at the Graduate School, located in Educational Services Center.
- Undergraduate student and non-degree students apply at the Admission Office, located in the Education Services Center.
- Senior Citizen students apply at the Admission Office, located in the Education Services Center. Admission to the University is required.
Registration Periods:
Early Registration: April 7, 2008 – August 25, 2008
Late Registration: August 26, 2008 – September 3, 2008 ($25 late registration fee applies)
Registration Process:
- Obtain academic advising as scheduled by your academic dean or department.
- Use the following classification sequence to determine your beginning registration date. Students, who do not register on their designated date, can register at any time in the remaining classification sequence and registration periods.
- Reserve a class schedule through myNMSU.edu or at your academic college. (web access instructions on page 8)
- Complete your registration. (instruction on page 4)
NOTE: Any student placed on academic suspension during the end of the term grading process will have pre-registered courses for future semesters cancelled and applicable refunds will be made by the Business Office.
