The beginning.

The shadows still hung low from the rising morning sun.  The Dona Ana Mountains and the Robledo Mountains can be seen in the distance along with the green of the Rio Grande Valley.  It was smoggy on this morning as you can see.

La Cueva can be seen in the distance.  Beyond that is Tortugas or "A" Mountain.
