How to Subscribe to ABCD-Copy
What is ABCD? What is ABCD-Copy?
ABCD is the group of people NMSU administrative memos are regularly distributed to:
- Administrative Council (the "A" list)
- Academic Deans' Council, Deans' Advisory Council (the "B" list)
- Unit Administrators (the "C" list)
- Academic Department Heads (the "D" list)
Copies of ABCD memos are held for convenient review at http://www.nmsu.edu/ABCD.
Copies of administrative memos can be received regularly via e-mail by subscribing to the ABCD-Copy list.
To subscribe, send e-mail to listproc@nmsu.edu:
- Leave the subject line blank.
- In the body, put
subscribe abcd-copy your name
For example,
subscribe abcd-copy John Smith
