The retreat will begin at 8 a.m. Monday, July 18, in the banquet room of the NMSU Golf Course Clubhouse, located at 3000 Champions Drive, off of Geothermal Drive.
A closed executive session will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 19, in the Hiram Hadley Conference Room, Hadley Hall, on the main campus to discuss limited personnel, legal and real estate matters in accordance with sections 10-15-1 H (2), (7) and (8) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.
The regular meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 19, in the Regents Room of the Educational Services Center on the main campus.
