The retreat will begin at 8:30 a.m., Monday, July 17, in the Mescalero Ballrooms A and C of the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino, Mescalero, N.M.
An executive session of the board to discuss personnel, real estate, and legal matters in accordance with sections 10-15-1 H (2), (7) and (8) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act will take place from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. Monday, July 17, in the Cadet Room at the Inn of the Mountain Gods.
The retreat is scheduled to continue from 1:30 to 5 p.m. Monday, July 17, and from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, July 18, in Mescalero Ballrooms A and C.
At 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 18, a regular meeting of the board will convene in the Mescalero Apache School, 249 White Mountain Drive in Mescalero, N.M. If necessary, the executive session will resume following the regular meeting.
Agendas will be available at the University Communications and Marketing Services Department, 1763-B E. University Ave. (Pan Am Plaza), Las Cruces, N.M., no later than 24 hours before the meetings. Agendas also will be posted on the university Web site at http://www.nmsu.edu/Administration/regents_meeting.html.
