The board will hold a special closed executive session at 9 a.m. Thursday, March 18, in the Hiram Hadley Conference Room, Room 130 of Hadley Hall on the main campus in Las Cruces, to consider the qualifications of the finalists for the NMSU presidency, in accordance with Section 10-15-1 H(2) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.

The board will hold another special closed executive session for the same purpose at 3 p.m. Friday, March 19, in Room 2 of the Educational Services Center on the main campus in Las Cruces, in accordance with Section 10-15-1 H(2) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.

Immediately following the March 19 executive session, the board will hold a special open meeting in the Regents Room of the Educational Services Center on the main campus in Las Cruces regarding the appointment of the next president.

No other items are on the agenda.
