Later that day, the NMSU/UNM football game will take place.

The regular meeting of NMSU’s Board of Regents is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Friday Sept. 8, 2006, in the Regents Room at the Educational Services Center on NMSU’s main campus in Las Cruces.

A closed executive session is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. in the Hiram Hadley Conference Room 130, Hadley Hall to discuss litigation matters and the disposal of certain real estate in accordance with sections 10-15-1 H (7 and 8) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.

Copies of the agenda will be available at University Communications, 1763-B E. University Ave. (Pan Am Plaza), Las Cruces 24 hours prior to the meeting. The agenda also will be posted on the university Web site at http://www.nmsu.edu/Administration/regents_meeting.html.
