Eta Sigma Gamma (ESG)
The purpose of this professional honorary, shall be to further the competence and dedication of the individual members in and for the health science discipline and the probation of this discipline by stimulating scientific research; facilitating communication and discussion between individuals, agencies, and the governmental jurisdictions through the exchange of practices and philosophies; motivating and recognizing service and academic achievement by developing methods, materials, and programs; and raising professional standards and ethics.

Graduate Student Social Work Association (GSSWA)
The purpose of this Association is to promote supportive interaction among social work graduate students, faculty, university administration, social service agencies and the community.
GSSWA helps prepare graduate social work students for their future roles as social planners and policy makers by involving them in the planning and decision making of policies and procedures which affect the Master of Social Work program. It also establishes a support group for graduate social work students. Sponsor special training and learning opportunities for students, staff and community and to make it possible for interested graduate students to attend seminars and workshops pertinent to the advancement of Social Work as a profession.

Masters of Public Health Student Organization (MPHSO)

Returned Peace Corps Volunteers Student Organization (RPCV Student Organization)
The purpose of this organization is to provide an organizational framework whereby members may meet and work together to achieve the group's goals. The purpose of this Association is to assume responsibility for contributing to nursing education in order to provide for the highest quality of health care. Student Social Work Association (SSWA)
The purpose of this Association is to promote supportive interaction among students, faculty, University administration, and community and social service agencies. To involve students in the administration of the Social Work program. To establish and implement grievance procedures for Social Work students. To establish and sponsor special campus and community oriented fundraising activities and projects on a regular basis. To make it possible for interested students to attend seminars and workshops pertinent to Community and Social Services in the advancement of the Social Work Profession. To establish and implement recruitment of students into the Social Work program. To support and uphold the values and ethics of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
