Jacobs Hall houses the University Computing Laboratories (Mac and IBM) and various offices including Indian Resource Development. The building, named for Professor Carl Jacobs, was built in 1963 as a fine arts/music building. The murals by Kenneth Barrick encircling the top depict various kinds of musicians.
