Pan American Center    
Pan American Center can seat about 13,000 fans of the Aggies (the men's and women's basketball team). The athletics center, which was built in 1968, also serves concerts and special events. The center received its name from Paul Rader, a former NMSU vice president who named it because of its position along Interstate 25, also known as the Pan American Highway, and NMSU's continuing programs with communities throughout the Western hemisphere.
