Public Service Career Showcase Event Schedule
The following information outlines the full-service recruiting schedule that the Public Service Career Showcase offers to participating employer representatives who visit the NMSU campus.

Travel to Las Cruces, NM.

- For information on shipping company displays, brochures, promotional items, etc., visit our Shipping & Travel Information pages. Other information includes lodging directory, maps, food & beverage, and transportation.
- Morning/Afternoon or any
available time during the week: Visit relevant classrooms and
faculty, tour the campus, etc.

7:00 AM - 8:45 AM: Continental Breakfast - Dona Ana Room (west side, 3rd Floor)
- 8:30 AM : Opening session/welcome - Dona Ana Room

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Showcase - Please make early arrangements with your carrier if you have any packages or displays to be shipped at the end of the day; visit our Shipping & Travel Information site for information.

11:30 AM - 1:00 PM: Lunch - Dona Ana Room (west side, 3rd Floor): Call (575)646-1631 or e-mail hireNMSU@nmsu.edu for special dietary requests.

Complete the Evaluation Form in your information packet that was picked up at check-in (also available ONLINE).

Late afternoon/early evening: Visit student organizational meetings. (Let us know if you would like contact information or suggestions.)

All Day or Half-a-Day: Many employers participate in the On-Campus Interview Program offered through Career Services. Interview schedules are custom built to meet the needs of individual recruiters and are filled with interviewees during discussions with candidates at the Public Service Career Showcase. Reservations required; contact Coordinator of Employer Relations at 575-646-1631 or employer@nmsu.edu. Pre-selection interviews are carried out after career/job fairs ONLY.
