| Purpose: | ||||||||||||
| 1. To relate the individual student properly to his church and denomination during college and provide denominational leaders with a direct access to students and vice versa.
2. To promote spiritual and moral growth of the individual student through a campus program that complements the church. 3. To present a positive Christian witness to the campus and community by: (1) introducing spiritual and moral standards into every area of campus life. (2) stimulating evangelism through personal soul-winning and organized efforts. 4. To co-ordinate all Baptist student organizations to increase the effectiveness of each. 5. To reach the total student constituency and enlist all who should be part of its organizations and activities. 6. To develop balanced Christian personalities and remove all roadblocks to a deeper spiritual and intellectual affirmation of faith. 7. To discover, train, and conserve Christian leadership for the church, denomination, community, nation, and world. |
