COMMENCEMENT DAY: Saturday, May 9, 2009 Pan American Center
ASSOCIATE DEANS
Report at 8:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. to the appropriate college to assist in line up. Line up will be at the east side of the Pan American Center on Payne Street.
FACULTY AND FACULTY ADVISORS
Report at 9:15 a.m. 1:15 p.m. in the east tunnel at the Pan American Center. (Marshals will assist in line up.)
Morning Ceremony begins 10:00 am for candidates receiving degrees from the college of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences, Business, Engineering, Extended Learning and Graduate Students receiving degrees from these colleges.
Afternoon Ceremony begins 2:00 p.m. for candidates receiving degrees from the college of Arts and Sciences, Education, Health and Social Services and Graduate Students receiving degrees from these colleges.
The platform party (regents, honorary degree recipients, deans, university officials) will receive information from Jolie Tixier at Presidential Events.
