Internet Explorer crashes when accessing Banner

If Internet Explorer crashes when accessing Banner, it may be one of two separate problems:
1. An older version of McAffee is installed on your machine. Uninstalling McAffee and installing the latest version (Version 8) seems to fix this problem.
2.Internet Explorer is corrupt. This is a known issue. See:
