NMSU's new Center for the Arts in the College of Arts and Sciences offers real-world educational experiences in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. A true partnership between the university and the businesses and residents of the surrounding community, the Center provides many culturally enriching events and activities.
Highlights include three exterior balconies and two walls of windows. The Mark and Stephanie Medoff theater features a magnificent ceiling mural inspired by both the rich landscape and history of Las Cruces and the transformative nature of the performing arts. The Center houses the Hershel Zohn Rehearsal Hall, classrooms and offices, along with a performance space for theater and dance, all enhancing teaching and learning.
