Thanks to standout singing talent, Aggie track stars Camille and Courtney appeared on the TODAY show's "Quest for the Best"

Aggie track and field team members Camille and Courtney Schultz appeared on NBC's 'TODAY Show' as part of the 'Quest for the Best' contest.

The Schultz sisters were chosen as finalists in the competition for their singing talent, after submitting a video of a recent performance. The segment ran June 6. And although the sisters didn't win, they did NMSU proud.

"These girls are the total package. They are sweet, funny and also very talented," said Bobbie Green, conductor of the NM State Gospel Choir and associate professor in the College of Business. "I approached them about entering the competition and they thought it was a great idea."

Green has worked with the twins for two years and has been working with them as a duet for three semesters. Camille usually works with her sister while singing but says, "we're talented individually, but we blossom and shine when we're together."
