Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation - Adult CPR

Heart - Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation techniques for adults
Hands-on
practice with models and CPR dummies
Information on heart defibulator (new device treatment for heart
attack victims).
Description/purpose: This course is designed to enable employees to provide adult CPR as needed.
Contents:
Who should attend: All employees & students, that work with or near electrical hazards, provide first aid or have an interest in CPR. Participants must be associated with NMSU.
Training frequency: Initial and renewed every two years
Length of course: 2-3 hours, depending on audience size and questions
Course Schedule: The NMSU Police provides this training via the EH&S training facility. There is a nominal fee to cover the CPR manual & CD, training, and certificate. (Schedule) (To Register)
Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation - Infant and Children CPR

Hands-on

Description/purpose: This course is designed to provide CPR to Infants (0-12 months old) and children (1 to 8 years old).
