Purpose:
We, the NMSU College Democrats of Dona Ana County, do associate for the following purposes: to elect Democrats; to forthrightly represent the concerns of the young citizens of this State; to stimulate in young people an active interest and participation in political and governmental affairs; to perpetuate the high ideals and principles of the Democratic Party; to promote the training, involvement, opportunities and support necessary to elect young people to public office; and to support a government which provides the people with the highest degree of justice and administrative integrity; and do therefore ordain and establish this organization.
