Guest Speakers

 

Welcome to NMSU! 

We are pleased that you will be a guest speaker in our department.

 

In order to make your visit to campus smooth and enjoyable, we need for you to take the following steps, especially if you are going to receive an honorarium.

  1. To park on campus, you will need a parking permit. Maps of the campus are also available. Click here to get one. We are located in Breland Hall (“BD” on most maps), third floor, east wing. There is a parking lot just east of Breland Hall.
     
  2. If you will receive an honorarium for your talk, you will need to complete a vendor questionnaire. We cannot pay you until you have become a “vendor” at NMSU. Please print the form and bring it with you when you come to campus.
     
  3. Finally, you will need to submit a signed invoice for the amount we have agreed to provide as an honorarium. You may use your own.
