Joe Palmer
My name is Joe Palmer and it is a pleasure to be part of the New Mexico State University Community. I am the Resident District Manager for Campus Dining at New Mexico State. I am pleased to be back "at home" in Southern New Mexico and especially the Las Cruces area. I have worked in Campus Dining for over 14 years and many of those years have been spent in New Mexico. I certainly welcome your comments in regards to our services, both in improvements and hopefully compliments on what is working well. Please let me know if there is any way I can assist in your living and learning journey at New Mexico State and how we as a department can help you thrive while you are here.

go unnoticed by our clients and athletics which sang our
praises for the stellar service and improved flow in the
stadium.

Russell Matter, in concessions this athletic season.
