Q: Why doesn't the BHO menu page load up when I click on it? Sometimes I get just a blank page.
A: The second (BHO menu) page requires Javascript. Make sure it is enabled on your browser. We try to make our pages viewable via any browser.
- Netscape is probably the best.
- Internet Explorer is slightly faster.
Q: Where can I get a copy of my birth certificate?
