Definition - Structural Org Unit that can conduct hiring activity, is presented on official org charts and is recognized as a Budgeting Unit.

Instructions - Complete appropriate form listed below. Obtain signatures and submit request to Accounting and Financial Reporting, MSC 3AFR.
