We C.A.R.E. Campaign History

In 2002, a campaign was launched within the Administration and Finance Office, with a focus on improving support for our employees and our internal and external clients. The theme of this campaign was “We C.A.R.E.” (Continually Awarding and Recognizing Employees), reflecting our intentions to deliver consistently good service to our various customers to help them achieve excellence in their work. The current employee recognition award, and the expanded training and development program for employees, grew from these beginnings.

Ways to Donate

The success of this award program is based solely on employee contributions. Your contributions will sustain the award program for years to come. There are two ways to contribute to the fund.

1. Gift payroll deduction authorization form
Contributions are withheld by way of payroll deduction. Theminimum contribution is only $2.50 per pay period

2. One-time donation
Donations can be taken to Hadley Hall South Suite Room 118. Make checks payable to:
James L. McDonough Employee Recognition Endowed Fund.
