As a New Mexico State University member, you may experience feelings of stress as you work to manage the different facets of your life related to school, work, and relationships. If you are feeling overwhelmed by all you have to do, your ability to take proper care of yourself may decrease. The Counseling Center may be a resource for you as you work to get back into balance and manage your life in a way that feels healthy to you emotionally, physically, academically, relationally, and spiritually.
