Spring 1997 began with the pinning of 2 associate members of the Zeta Class, bringing the colony size up to approximately 22 members. Colony meetings were held primarily in the Dona Ana Room in Corbett Center, and AMC meetings were held in the apartment of two active members. The colony was making slow progress towards a charter, but brotherhood was strong, and the members, for the most part, were doing their best to get the most of their Delta Chi experience. The "BB" for the semester continued to be Jeff O'Brien (Arizona '86). Greek Week was a high point for the members during the semester, with a good performance in Greek Sing, and reasonable performances in Greek Olympics and other events.
