Please place orders 5 business days in advance. We cannot guarantee food for your event after that time. Orders placed 72 hours or less prior to an event are subject to approval and may incur an additional charge of $1.50 per person. Guarantees and final payment are due 5 business days prior to any meal service and may be increased thereafter but not decreased. All cancellations require 5 business days notice. All no-shows will be billed for function amount as well as 20% service charge. If this is a departmental charge or your event will be 20 people or less, then you will need to provide a guest/attendance list as per NMSU policy.
