Las Cruces, NM - Secretary of Agriculture, Frank A. DuBois, will host a reception for the New Mexico State University (NMSU) Rodeo Club. The purpose of the reception is to honor the efforts of the rodeo team, as they work towards competing in the upcoming national championships.
