Chemical Engineering Ice Cream Social

The College of Engineering at New Mexico State University is home to some of the Nation's best faculty, staff, and students. The College of Engineering is also home to over 20 student organizations. There are two organizations per engineering major (one professional and one honorary), plus several special interest organizations such as Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, Engineers Without Borders, and Engineers Council.

There are countless benefits of joining an Engineering student organization here at NMSU. Some benefits include being in positions of leadership experience, networking with other students and companies, scholarship opportunities, and a boost to your resume. While these are all good reasons to become more involved, there are many more reasons such as attending conferences and competitions all over the country.
