NMSU Energy Conservation

Until recently, the University has enjoyed plentiful supplies of energy and relatively low utilities cost. The energy situation has changed dramatically over the last couple of years. Prices have increased dramatically. The campus needs to control its use of energy, manage utilities expense, and to do so in support of the mission of the University and the SCCTF.
