Recyclemania!
NMSU will be participating in RecycleMania, an intercollegiate recycling competition, beginning in January of 2008. This is a ten week competition which encourages waste reduction on university campuses. The competing universities are judged in several categories; largest amount of recyclables collected per capita, the largest amount of total recyclables collected, the least amount of trash per capita, the highest recycling rate overall.
