Even while news broke about fresh serial killings in Cd. Juárez in February 2003, evidence emerged that similar murders are spreading to other parts of Mexico. Besides Chihuahua City, recent murders in Tamaulipas state had eerie similarities to, and coincidences with, many of the Cd. Juárez cases.
