RMR Project Initiation form

• Only information that has a valid statutory retention requirement greater than three (3) years qualifies for review and placement into the official RMR system.
• Must be related to a Banner form.
• Please keep in mind the RMR office is in the start up phase and new requests will be put in to a queue. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
