Faculty Senate

Vision:

In New Mexico State University’s system of shared governance, the Faculty Senate is the voice of the faculty.

Mission:

The Faculty Senate represents the views, needs, and interests of the Faculty of New Mexico State University. It has legislative jurisdiction over policies affecting the university’s academic mission in regard to teaching, research, extension and service.
