New to the area?

(1) Go to Mountain Project
(2) Check out the Ingraham guidebook for Organ Mountains climbs
(3) Buy the Falcon guide to New Mexico climbs
(4) Visit the Climbing Wall at the NMSU Activity Center

(5) Wear a helmet and bring a headlamp! Don't underestimate the time for climbing in the Organs. All of the approach info, maps, and route descriptions can be found in these guides.

Looking for climbing partners?

I get many requests for partners. I don't have that much advice, except go to the Climbing Wall or post something on Mountain Project website. Or get the climbing wall to put up a partners bulletin board...
