Directions to the NMSU Geology Department

From I-25 (north or south)

Take the University Av. Exit and turn west.

Turn left onto Triviz

First right turn onto Payne

First right turn onto Stewart

First right turn onto Locust

First left turn into Breland Hall parking lot

Go down the hill until you reach the faculty parking and get a parking pass.

Alternatively, you can park in the free dirt lot at the corner of Payne and Stewart and walk down Stewart one block.

From I-10 coming from the East

Merge onto I-25 north and proceed as above.

From I-10 coming from the West

Take the Main Street Exit,

Turn right on Main Street

First right onto University Avenue

Right onto El Paseo Rd. (a.k.a. Union St.)

Left onto Stewart Street

Go through a few stop signs

Left onto Locust

First left turn into Breland Hall parking lot

Go down the hill until you reach the faculty parking and get a parking pass.

Alternatively, you can continue up Stewart and park in the free dirt lot at the corner of Payne and Stewart and walk down Stewart one block.
