This massive piece of Malachite
does not need azurite to add to its appeal
Although they are not plentiful, the collection displays some of the most remarkable specimens of minerals from throughout the world. Striking samples of Rhodochrosite, Malachite, Quartz, and variations of quartz are scattered like gems in the museum. Pay particular attention to the polished globes that range from the size of an egg to three and a half feet in diameter that are on display as well!

Quartz

Here we see four different variations of quartz. The largest on the right is Amethyst, preceeded by Citrine Quartz, preceeded by a large rutilated smoky quartz crystal, and finally on the left is a large cluster of black smoky quartz crystals. Rhodochrosite

Dazzeling Rhodochrosite specimens varying
in boytroidal formation illustrate
the natural splendor of raw minerals.
