Border Geographic Information System (BGIS/BINS) II

This portal provides access to BGISII data downloads, Port of Entry (POE) planned projects, and an ArcGIS Server Web Mapping Application. If you plan to use bookmarks, bookmark this page rather than the individual pages, as those may migrate to different servers over time.  The portal page will be the most reliable form of access to the BGISII.

WARNING: The digital products below require a high speed connection. If you have a 56K or slower connection, downloading and web mapping application performance may suffer.

Digital Products:

  • ArcGIS Server Application
    • Web mapping application for the US-MEX border region containing: POEs, transportation, cities, counties/municipios, states, and imagery
  • Data Download
