Every year  Society leaders gather to explore and develop their potential at the Golden Key International Convention as well as regional conferences worldwide. Without exception, participants regard the convention as one of the highlights of their involvement with Golden Key. Many consider it to be the best meeting of its kind in the world. At the convention, officers have the opportunity to develop new friendships, enhance personal development skills, establish corporate contacts, and learn more about Golden Key and their responsibilities as officers. Advisors have the opportunity to meet outstanding students from across the world, interact with other advisors, and participate in stimulating discussions and workshops. Delegates come away from the convention highly motivated and eager to begin making plans for the upcoming year. NMSU Chapter of Golden Key participates each year at the Western Regional Conference and the International Convention.
