Publications and Awards

Dr. Winn has authored an article in the Review of Public Personnel Administration and co-authored articles in Social Science Quarterly, Journal of Criminal Justice, Criminal Justice Policy Review, Criminal Justice and Behavior, American Journal of Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Violence and Victims, Crime and Delinquency, and Journal of Environmental Systems. Dr. Winn has presented papers at numerous conferences, including conferences of the American Society of Criminal Justice, the American Society of Criminology, and the Western Social Sciences Society. He is also the faculty advisor to the Graduate Alliance of Government Students (GAGS).

Courses Taught

Domestic Policy, Environmental Policy, Issues in Criminal Justice, Introduction to Public Administration, Evaluation Research, Law and Society, Statistics, American Political Issues, and Research Methods.
