NMSU Model UN's Virtual Trophy Case
NMSU’s Model UN team enjoys anoutstanding international reputation for success at the NMUN conference and atregional conferences. Ourdelegation has won awards at the last 5 NMUN conferences, including “OutstandingDelegation” and “Best Position Papers” awards in 2008 and 2009. These are the top award categories atthe competition, constituting only 5 to 10 percent of the nearly 200international schools who attend. Several NMSU team members have been selected ascommittee chairs and others have earned “Best Delegate” honors at theconference. In 2008, the NMSUModel UN team made its first international appearance at the inaugural NMUNcompetition in Xi’an, China.
