Research Interests

Ms. Spice's research interests include civil society, organization behavior & theory, emergency management, leadership, qualitative research methods, gender in public administration and government, human resource management, and nonprofit management.

Publications

Ms. Spice co-authored an article in The Armenian Review on civil society and book chapters in the Handbook of Research Methods in Public Administration, Second Edition on qualitative research methods and in Public Human Resource Management: Problems and Prospects, Fifth Edition on gender and workplace issues.
