before you begin the application process.
Two important items to note at this point:
1.You
are expected to make payment at
the end of the online
application process. Be sure you have a credit card available.
2.If
you are currently under the
age of 18, a parent signature is
required. As such, please print and return the paper application packet.
When you’re ready, click on Apply Online.
