| Student Family Housing To qualify for Student Family Housing (SFH), there must be a registered student in the household as part of a family unit. Family units include married couples, married couples with children, single parents with dependent children, domestic partners, and domestic partner with child(ren). Consideration is also given to non-traditional family units such as adult siblings living together without parents, and/or the presence of extended family members. There may also be one other unrelated adult in the household, with a limit of three (3) adults in any one household. (Adult is defined as any person age 18 or older.) - Tom Fort and Sutherland Village flourish with activity as children play in front yards and neighbors barbecue together. These unfurnished, single-family, one story homes are a favorite among our students and feature large fenced-in yards where approved pets are welcome. - Cole Village offers attractive two-story town houses for single students and families. These two bedroom, one bathroom homes have ample storage and living space. They have a back patio perfect for gardening. Approved pets are welcome. Townhouses come with a stove and refrigerator but are otherwise unfurnished. - Cervantes Village family units are four bedroom, two bathroom apartments that can accommodate larger families. With a central, spacious living room these apartments are perfect for bringing the whole family together. Information about Cervantes Village can be found here.
