Chamisa Village

Chamisa Village, which opened in August of 2007, features apartments for students who have attained sophomore standing or beyond. This active community combines the conveniences of campus living with the amenities of brand new apartments! Early application is a must as Chamisa Village fills quickly!

Chamisa Village apartments, located on North Campus near Corbett Center Student Union, come in two and four bedroom layouts. Each roommate will have a private bedroom with a loftable, full size bed. The kitchen and living room layout features an open floor plan to encourage social interaction. Residential furniture in each apartment includes a large couch, leather chair and ottoman, coffee table and a multifunctional entertainment center.

Designed around large, grassy court yards, Phase I of Chamisa Village is made up of three residential buildings, along with study areas, laundry rooms and an administrative building.
